“Strong in Christ Ministries was founded in June 20200 by Jeffrey and Reverend Donna Strong in Irmo, South Carolina. Reverend Donna’s deep-seated passion for aiding women in distress and individuals who have lost hope has been the cornerstone of this ministry. Born from a profound love for God, enriched by personal experience, and rooted in the church’s foundation, the ministry continues to expand its outreach through community partnerships and dedicated volunteer efforts.”

We empower underserved communities through spiritual, educational, social, economic, and health support, integrating Biblical principles with practical skills for a strong and productive life.
Our Ministries
- Strong In Christ Weekly Bible Studies: Engaging Bible study sessions for adults and children, both online and face-to-face.
- Creative Hands Healing Hearts: A crafting initiative for at-risk youth, promoting self-expression and community building through art.
- Online Bible Studies for Women: Virtual study groups focused on empowering women through the teachings of the Bible.
- Youth Bible Studies: Programs designed to guide young individuals in their spiritual journey and understanding of the scriptures.
- Bible Studies for At-Risk Women and Women in Recovery: These are supportive gatherings for women facing challenges. Sessions provide spiritual support and biblical wisdom to women on the path to recovery. They offer guidance and recovery through faith.
- Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread- SNC collaborates with Panera Bread’s Day-End Donation® Program. This partnership ensures that unsold bread, bagels, and baked goods are distributed to needy individuals and families. We believe that we are called to feed our fellow man according to Matthew 25:35-40. “Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread” addresses immediate nutritional needs and conveys a message of hope and caring.
- Threads of Hope -Through Threads of Hope, Strong in Christ Ministries provides new and gently used clothing to adult individuals living in homeless and crisis shelters and those reentering society post-incarceration. We aim to offer clothing to increase confidence when facing new professional, educational, or vocational opportunities. Threads of Hope aims to enhance self-assurance as individuals prepare to improve their circumstances by ensuring access to appropriate attire.
- Creative Hands, Healing Hearts is an innovative crafting and arts program created by Strong in Christ Ministries to engage at-risk youth through the therapeutic activity of crafting. The program actively engages youth through creative and art activities and provides a space for them to express feelings, thoughts, and emotions through visual arts and crafts.
